Collaborative Educational Consulting (CEC) serves communities by leveraging experience, research, and an unwavering commitment to equity and excellence for students and educators in underserved communities.

School Leader Coaching

School leaders will receive the following with this service:

A 12 month coaching cycle
2 coaching sessions per month
3 on site visits
individualized coaching related to vision setting, people management, and goal setting
Adaptive skills coaching
Job embedded support

School Culture Analysis

The School Culture Analysis program will achieve the following outcomes:

A 24-36 month school culture intensive
3 annual site visits
School Culture Audit
Data analysis
Proactive school culture plan development
Job embedded support

Aspiring Leader Development

The Aspiring Leaders Cohort provides aspiring leaders the following:

2 on site sessions
Access to the CEC Leadership Development training module
Access to a network of aspiring leaders from the region.
